The Academic and Research Leadership Symposium (ARLS) will be hosted at the NSBE National Convention. This symposium will provide a unique opportunity to bring together minority engineers who are involved in or preparing for careers in academia and industrial research to network and to hear from other successful colleagues from around the country. The Research Networking event will be built around a poster session which will allow attendees to share their latest advancements in research, convey their research interests, and learn more about what other colleagues are doing. It will provide the opportunity to connect with others in industry, government laboratories, and academia with interests that are similar to yours and enable the foundation for future collaborations. In addition, this forum may assist in developing leads for new employment opportunities in academia, industry, or government laboratories.

Attendees interested in participating in the ARLS Symposium are encouraged to submit an abstract of their research topic for participation in the poster session. Topical areas include all areas of engineering and computer science. Abstracts are limited to 400-words plus one figure and can be submitted through this website.

This track is for senior researchers.
